Aurytale processes user messages, roleplay scenarios, interactive choices, and character customization parameters to deliver dynamic character responses. We adhere to unequivocal standards: we never sell, lease, or monetize your private chat transcripts, emotional interactions, or custom characters to third-party ad networks or data harvesting syndicates.
2. Categories of Information We Process
To run our conversational neural pipelines and maintain seamless continuity across your chat histories, we process the following data:
a. Conversational Content & Episodic Memory
- Chat Messages & Roleplay Scenarios: Direct text inputs, roleplay choices, and scenario directions exchanged between you and AI characters.
- Persistent Memory Graphs: Summarized context tokens, shared backstory elements, and user preferences stored in your private memory vault to allow characters to remember past interactions.
- Custom Persona Configurations: Names, avatars, backstories, greetings, and behavior instructions you formulate within the Persona Architect.
b. Identity, Authentication & Subscription Tokens
- User account credentials and identifiers (e.g., Apple ID, Google Sign-In, or verified email tokens).
- Subscription tier status, token balances, and interaction quota logs.
- Payment receipts and verification tokens handled exclusively through authorized mobile app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We never retain raw banking or payment card credentials.
c. Device Telemetry & Network Health
- Device architecture, OS version, app release build, and connection latency metrics required to optimize sub-second streaming inference and buffer voice generation.
3. Neural Model Training & Chat Isolation
Your sanctuary is protected by strict infrastructure boundaries:
- Zero Public Training Ingestion: Your private conversations, custom scenarios, and persona memories are never ingested into public foundation models or exposed to other users.

4. Intellectual Rights to Persona Creations
You retain full ownership of the original text prompts, customized backstories, and creative roleplay narratives you generate within Aurytale. You grant Aurytale an operational license strictly to route, process, and display your dialogues on your devices.
5. User Erasure & Memory Reset Rights
You have sovereign control over your digital footprint:
- Memory Reset & Chat Deletion: You can clear individual chat sessions, rewind dialogue branches, or wipe a character's memory graph with a single click inside the application.

6. Security Architecture
All communication channels utilize TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and all stored conversation memories and account tokens are secured with AES-256 encryption at rest. Internal access to generation clusters is tightly regulated by zero-trust protocols.
7. Minor Protection
Aurytale is strictly intended for individuals who have reached the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (at least 13 years old; 16 years old in the European Union). We do not knowingly permit minors below these ages to create accounts. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately.
